1. Main ingredients: 40g gelatine powder, 200g mango, 200g coconut milk. Accessories: 70g white sugar, 100ml water.
2. Wash the mango and cut it into small pieces. Remove the mango skin and put the mango pulp into the machine. Pour in sugar and water to make it into mango puree. Add the mango puree to the machine. Add 20g gelatine powder and mix well.
3. Pour a small amount of water into the steamer, put the mango puree in, steam over high heat for about 5 minutes, take it out and let it cool.
4. Take out a container, brush a layer of oil on its surface, then pour a small amount of coconut milk, put it in the refrigerator for about ten minutes, and take it out after the coconut milk solidifies.
5. Then pour in the processed mango puree, use a spoon to spread it evenly on the bottom, and then put it in the refrigerator for about ten minutes to let it take shape and then take it out.
6. By analogy, make a layer of coconut milk, then a layer of mango puree, and place each layer in the refrigerator for a period of time. After you're done, take out the cake and cut it into pieces.
