Name: Fried Steak
Ingredients: steak, one tablespoon sesame oil, salt and black pepper.
Exercise:
1, go to the supermarket to buy steak, and dry the surface of the steak with paper towels two hours before frying;
2. Take a tablespoon of sesame oil, put a layer of sesame oil on the dry steak, cover it and put it back in the refrigerator;
