Accessories: oil, salt and garlic.
Steps:
1. Soak the dried squid until it becomes soft.
2. Chop the soaked dried squid.
3. Wash the rice, add appropriate amount of water, 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp oil, and soak for more than half an hour.
4. Cook porridge, turn to low heat after boiling, and stir constantly to prevent sticking to the bottom.
5. Heat oil in a wok, chop squid, saute until fragrant, and add minced garlic and stir well;
6. When the porridge is almost ready, add squid, mix well and cook for a while.
7. Turn off the fire and add minced garlic.
8. Finally, add salt to taste
