8. When the air pressure reaches the normal pressure range, an external air source can be provided. When supplying gas, adjust the gas supply valve according to the power used to ensure continuous gas supply.

Common faults and preventive measures
1, regularly check and record the indicated values of various pressure gauges and water level gauges, and handle any abnormality in time. If the overpressure does not stop the boiler, the pressure should be released in time. When the low water level does not automatically replenish water, immediately replenish water manually. Turn the change-over switch (automatic and manual) to the stop position, relieve the pressure and replenish water normally before heating.
2. When the control cabinet gives an alarm under the conditions of overpressure, lack of phase, low water level and high water level, you can press the mute button first to check the cause of the fault and eliminate it in time. If the alarm lasts more than 3 minutes, the bell will easily burn out.
3. Phase-missing indication: a. Check whether the power supply is phase-missing. B, check whether the bell is burnt out. C, check whether the contactor coil and transformer are normal. It's burned out.
After finding the above problems, replace the components in time, fuse the core wire of the secondary circuit, and notify the manufacturer for guidance or maintenance in time when encountering complex faults.
4. When frequently replenishing water, check whether the check valve of the water replenishing pump is invalid. If water flows backwards, stop the water replenishing tank and repair or replace it in time.
5, regularly (half a month) check the boiler water quality, make it meet the requirements, often boiler blowdown.
6, regularly (7- 15 days) check the water level gauge electrode and cleaning electrode scale, check when stopping the furnace.
7. When the three-phase current indication is quite different, it means that the electric heating tube is damaged or the molten core is burnt out. The three molten cores in this group should be taken out first and shut down for maintenance when appropriate.
