Ingredients: 500 grams of dried flower gum, 3 codonopsis pilosula, 50 grams of Lycium barbarum, 20 grams of Chinese yam, 25 grams of green onion, 4 pieces of ginger and 4 pieces of salt, 1 teaspoon.
Exercise:
1) Soak the dried flower glue in clear water for one night. Put the soaked gelatine into a pot, pour in clear water, add onion, ginger slices and 1/2 teaspoons of salt, bring to a boil over high heat, and then turn to medium heat for 20 minutes. Take it out after cooking and soak it in cold water for later use.
2) Codonopsis pilosula, Lycium barbarum and Chinese yam. Rinse with clean water to remove floating dust for later use. Put the cooled gelatine into a seasoning bag.
3) Wash the cavity bone and put it into the soup pot, and pour in clear water, the amount of which is twice the height of the cavity bone. After the fire boils, skim the floating foam with a spoon, put it into a seasoning bag filled with gum, then pour in Radix Codonopsis, Fructus Lycii and Rhizoma Dioscoreae, cover and simmer for 2 hours, then add the remaining 1/2 teaspoons of salt, and you can drink.
