Ingredients: coix seed 300g, chicken 500g, codonopsis 20g, ginger 10g, onion 10g, cooking wine 8g, salt 3g and pepper 2g.
Practice: Wash the chicken, blanch the blood in a boiling water pot, wash the ginger and pat it evenly, and wash the whole onion. Add clear water to the pot, add chicken, Codonopsis pilosula, Coicis Semen, salt, ginger, onion, pepper and cooking wine, bring to a boil with high fire, skim the floating foam, and simmer for 2-3 hours with low fire until the chicken is stewed.

Raw materials: lean meat 150g, yam 10g, coix seed, Gordon Euryale seed, lily, lotus seed, Polygonatum odoratum 5g, and proper amount of salt.
