Before the test, a mold is usually customized to the shape of the wire or wire connector. The wire is placed into the mold and connected to our wire connector waterproof tester. During the test, the wire connector waterproof tester inflates or inhales the test mold. If the wire sealing fails to pass the gas leakage will occur, then the gas from the test tooling mold will leak through the leakage port to the other end of the wire. At this point, the leakage value shown in the instrument is getting bigger and bigger, and the pressure value is getting smaller and smaller. At this point it can be determined whether the wire is leaking or not, and the test result of the wire connector waterproof tester will also show NG, which means that the gas tightness test is not passed. If the wire under test is not leaking, the gas in the mold after inflation will remain constant, the pressure value and leakage value displayed on the wire connector waterproof test equipment will also remain stable, the wire waterproof tester equipment test results will show OK, indicating that the air tightness test has been passed.
