3. Take another pot, put the rinsed beef brisket pieces, add cold water until the beef brisket doesn't pass, add star anise and ginger slices, boil and simmer for one hour.

4. Wash the tomatoes and cross them with a knife at the top. Boil the water in the pot, add the tomatoes after the water boils, blanch for 30 seconds and take them out. Peel the tomatoes and cut them into hob pieces for later use.

5. Heat hot oil from the pan, add onion and stir fry until fragrant, pour in tomato pieces, stir fry for 2 minutes on high fire, and stir fry the red juice inside. Then add salt, a little sugar, pepper and soy sauce. Boil the soup and remove the onions for later use.

6. Remove the star anise and ginger slices from the stewed beef soup. Pour the fried tomato juice into the beef soup pot, stew for eight minutes, and pour a few drops of sesame oil on it. Sprinkle a little chopped green onion, and a delicious stewed beef breast with sweet and sour tomato juice will be ready.

Cooking tips: 1. Beef brisket must be cooked in cold water and blanched with bleeding foam and impurities to achieve the purpose of removing fishy smell.
