1. Five carp, caught by my husband, swam around in the water like this when I brought them home, absolutely fresh!
2. Scaled carp and cleaned. This step was sponsored by my husband.
3. Pour a proper amount of water into the casserole, add onion and ginger slices, and then add carp. After the fire boils, turn to low heat and stew for an hour and a half.
4. The crucian carp soup out of the pot is seasoned with a little salt. There is less fish and more water, so the color is light.
