2. Aged grain refers to grain that has been stored for a long time (more than 3 years), and its Aspergillus flavus (the strongest carcinogen found at present, which can still survive at 280 degrees Celsius, and the shortest time for cancer detection is 24 weeks) exceeds the standard, so it can no longer be directly used as rations.
3. The aged grain itself contains aflatoxin. After eating the grain seriously polluted by aflatoxin, symptoms such as fever, abdominal pain, vomiting and loss of appetite may occur. In severe cases, symptoms such as hepatosplenomegaly, pain in liver area, yellow staining of skin and mucosa, ascites, edema of lower limbs, abnormal liver function, enlargement of heart, pulmonary edema, even convulsion and coma may occur within 2-3 weeks.
