What to do with wild rice squash cake ?
Shred (or cut into julienne strips) wild rice; mix with salt and marinate for 5 minutes, then squeeze out the water; beat the eggs.
Mix the water bamboo, egg mixture, then add flour and water and mix well to make a batter.
Spoon the batter into the electric pancake pan and spread evenly.
Fry until both sides are golden brown.
Dip them in garlic paste for more flavor
