1. Chop the lean meat into small pieces, add eggs, chopped green onion, and appropriate amount of salt, and mix well, as shown in the picture below.

3. Heat the oil pan slightly, pour the fried tofu in, and stir-fry a few times, as shown in the picture below.
4. Pour in appropriate amount of water, as shown in the picture below.
5. Sprinkle with black soybeans, as shown in the picture below.
6. Cover the pot, simmer until the juice is slightly reduced, bring to a boil over high heat and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes before serving, as shown in the picture below.
