1. First prepare the noodles.
2. Rinse the rapeseed carefully and roughly cut it into several sections.
3. Cut the shredded pork and green onions.
4. Heat the pot, pour a small amount of peanut oil, add shredded pork and chopped green onion to the pot after heating.
5. Add the rapeseed and fry. When putting it in, add the rapeseed stems and fry for a minute or two before adding the rapeseed leaves.
6. Don’t over-fry the rapeseed. Add water, salt and bring to a boil.
7. After the water boils, add the noodles until cooked.
