Ingredients
500g spareribs, appropriate amount of ginger
Adequate amount of garlic and green onions Appropriate amount
Appropriate amount of coriander and appropriate amount of black bean sauce
How to make Cantonese-style steamed ribs with black bean sauce
1. Wash the ribs and cut them into pieces.
2. Chop the black bean sauce.
3. Chop the garlic and sauté until golden brown.
4. Add chopped tempeh, sauteed garlic and shredded ginger to the ribs.
5. Add appropriate amount of oyster sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar and cornstarch.
6. Mix evenly.
7. Cover with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator for half an hour.
8. After the water boils, add the pork ribs and start steaming.
9. After steaming for 18 minutes, add onions and coriander and steam for another two minutes.
10. 20 minutes is enough!
