This is the Korean kimchi that I used today!
Bamboo shoots
Kimchi
Get a small pot (mine is a special pot for kimchi, IKEA sells it) and boil water. Wait for the water to boil, then add the seasoning packet. The water level is about half of the point
When the water is boiling, add all the flavor packets in the instant noodles and the frozen tofu (at this point, you can put in the food that needs to be cooked. For example: Gongwan, fish dumplings ....
After the frozen tofu is added, you can add a whole egg and an egg white (save the second whole yolk and put it in an empty bowl) (I rubbed the yolk of the egg to break it.) Depending on your personal taste, you can't rub the yolk to break it
Egg yolks into a bowl :)
After the water rolls again, you can add the instant noodles (in order to make it easier to eat, I divided the instant noodles into three pieces)
After you put the noodles in, you can add the yolks to the bowl and put them in the bowl. Cook for two minutes
After two minutes, you can turn off the heat and add kimchi, bamboo shoots and cheese (if you want to add cooked food, you can add it in this step) because it's already cooked, you don't need to cook it, just smother it for a while
Smother it for a minute and put it on the table!
Two meals start here!!!! Add half of the noodles and ingredients to the bowl with the egg yolk.
Toss some of the soup in the bowl! And you are ready to start eating!!!! I'm a fan of egg yolks, so I like to eat it with my noodles! Try it!
