How to prepare sorghum molasses materials: corn starch, sweet potato starch, sugar, juice.
Step one:
To make sorghum maltose, we must first prepare a proper amount of corn starch and pour it into the pot for frying. It is the powder that will be used to wrap the surface of sorghum molasses, and then juice it with strawberries, cherries and other fruits and water according to our own preferences.
Step two:
Mix sweet potato starch, white sugar, clear water and pre-beaten fruit juice until there are no particles, then put it in a pot and stir-fry it with medium and small fire. After the starch water condenses, add white sugar and stir-fry. After the starch paste is slightly transparent, continue to add white sugar and stir-fry for about ten minutes.
Step 3:
Prepare a clean and dry container, first spread the fried corn starch on the bottom of the container, then put the fried starch paste into the container until it is smooth, and refrigerate for about an hour. Finally, take out the formed sorghum molasses and cut it into strips.
