Ingredients: jiaozi, cooking oil, salt and soy sauce (less or no according to personal taste).
1. Prepare a large bowl for microwave oven and a frozen jiaozi (or a homemade jiaozi).
2. Then put jiaozi into a bowl and pour boiling water until it passes through jiaozi. Add a little cooking oil, salt and soy sauce.
3. Put it in the microwave oven and turn up the heat (if there is an option to cook jiaozi in the microwave oven, just press that button) and cook for 5-8 minutes.
4. After jiaozi is cooked, pour out the water to prevent the dumpling skin from soaking and affecting the taste.
