No need to put oil.
Preparation materials: ribs, aniseed, cooking wine, water, salt, onions, ginger, garlic.
1. The first step is to wash the ribs, pour them into boiling water, and then rinse them thoroughly, as shown in the picture below.
2. Then put the just washed ribs into the electric stew pot, as shown in the picture below.
3. Add the previously prepared aniseed ingredients, cooking wine, water, salt, green onions, ginger and garlic to the pot, as shown in the picture below.
4. After everything is put, cook on high heat for 2 hours until the ribs are cooked until tender, as shown in the picture below.
5. After the pork ribs are cooked, turn off the heat, take it out of the pot, and let it cool before tasting the pork rib soup.
