Regarding the origin of rice wine, there is a folk legend that a kind-hearted brewer often has several children from poor families sneaking into the wine shop to steal the glutinous rice circulating in the market, so he often steals a few liters when he "soaks rice". After a long time, "Jiami" wine-making has become a habit, and the quality of the wine brewed is better than before. Later, I simply made the secret public, further improved the technology, and brewed a veritable "rice wine."
Good brewing: It is one of the traditional famous wines in Shaoxing, with deep yellow and clear color, rich aroma, moderate alcohol content and sweet taste. The alcohol content is ≥ 12.0%(V/V), which belongs to semi-sweet yellow rice wine.
This wine is a double-set wine made of Chen Yuan red wine after 1-3 years of storage, not water, that is, wine made of wine. Good Brewing was founded by Shen Yonghe Winery on 1890. The mother-child soy sauce in this brewery is very famous, and the workers are all inspired by it. We tried to brew Shaoxing wine with mother-child soy sauce instead of water, which improved the quality of the wine and achieved success. Xiangxue wine: It is one of the traditional famous wines in Shaoxing, with light yellow and clear color, mellow fragrance and sweet and mellow taste.

This wine is a double-blended wine made of aged grains instead of water.
At present, among the four major varieties of Shaoxing wine, yellow rice wine is the leading product, while Justin, Shanniang and Xiangxue are mostly used for blending and flavoring to increase flavor.
