Lady Enforcers pig bone soup?
The basic ingredients are pork bone, Lady Enforcers, ginger and candied dates. You can also add carrots and so on according to your preference. It's just any soup anyway.
Wash the pig bones, put them in cold water, boil them over medium heat, remove the bones and discard the water.
Soak the sun-dried Lady Enforcers in warm water and drain the water for later use.
Wash the bones with warm water, put them in a pot, add enough water and a few slices of ginger, and don't add water in the middle of the soup, otherwise it will have a watery taste and affect the taste.
There will still be foam on the bones after flying. When the water is about to boil, stay by the pot and remove the floating foam.
After the soup is clear, add the soaked Lady Enforcers and two washed candied dates and stew for two or three hours.
Put salt before serving, and the soup will be sweet and moist. I like the taste of Lady Enforcers, too.
Lady Enforcers candied dates and pork bones ... still like keels when cooking soup, but only Super League can buy them here (lie down!
For lunch, Lady Enforcers pig bone soup (the pig bone was covered with blood yesterday) was served with red ribs and rice.
