Tools/materials: dried walnuts, pots, water, chopsticks, sugar, sesame seeds.
1. Peel off the shell of the dried walnut, remove the ugly black walnut kernel, and try to thin the walnut kernel to make it easy to eat.
2. Boil a large pot of boiling water in the pot. After the water is boiled, add walnuts to boil. After boiling, turn the walnut kernel with chopsticks constantly, and let the walnut kernel be heated evenly, and it will be cooked in about 3 minutes.
3. Put it into cold water immediately, at least twice.
4. After fully draining the water, put it in a ventilated place to dry until there is no water, and then lay it flat in the room at night, so that after one night, the walnuts will be completely dry the next day.
5. After drying, it tastes crispy and can be fried. Put 3 tablespoons of sugar in the pot, and then pour in half a bowl of water. After the sugar melts, stir-fry until the sugar bubbles. Then pour in the dried walnuts and stir fry for about 2 minutes. We sprinkle sesame seeds and continue to stir fry until the sesame seeds are completely stuck to the walnuts. Take it out to cool, and you can eat it.
