The new version of "Purine Content Table of Common Foods" (edited by Xu Daji)
The data on the purine content table per 100 grams of food come from multiple sources, with reference to many domestic and foreign monographs for mutual understanding. Supplementary, but still not perfect. When referring to different books, we also found that the data on the purine content of food in different countries, regions and different periods are not consistent, and some discrepancies are quite large. This is mainly due to the different measurement methods and conditions in different regions and different periods, as well as the variety, origin, maturity, and moisture content of the selected foods. In fact, it is still very difficult to obtain detailed information about the precise purine content of all foods and its impact on uric acid. However, even with limited information, if it can be applied reasonably Has certain reference value.
