Method to prepare Brussels sprouts with sauce

Preparing ingredients. Chop green onions and green and red bell peppers into small rings.

Rinse Brasenia schreberi with water. Add water to a pot and bring to a boil, add Brasenia schreberi and blanch for 3-5 minutes. Fish out, pass through cool water, and control the water.

Put all the seasonings (3 tbsp of steamed fish soy sauce, 1 tbsp of MJF, 1 tbsp of oyster sauce, 1/4 tbsp of mustard oil, 2 tbsp of red oil, salt to taste, 1/4 tbsp of chicken powder, 1/4 tbsp of sugar, 4 tbsp of balsamic vinegar, a few drops of sesame oil, garlic paste to taste, cooked sesame seeds to taste, chopped ripe peanuts to taste (you can leave it out if you don't have any), and mineral water to taste)

Cooking Tips
Soy sauce can be used as a substitute for soy sauce, and adding some Meiji-Fresh and Steamed Fish Tempeh will make the coleslaw more flavorful.?
Don't like spicy food, you can leave out the red oil.
You can also use cool white water and add it little by little to dissolve the sugar and salt in the sauce. Taste the saltiness while adding, until you are satisfied.
