Oysters with ginger and green onions
Ingredients: some oysters, two or three slices of ginger, and one or two green onions.
Condiments: salt, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, wine.
Method:
1. Cut the scallions into flat sections, separate the white scallions and leaves, and slice the ginger.
2. After cleaning the oysters, boil a pot of water and scald them for a few times. When you see the soup turns white and your nose smells the fishy smell of the sea, you can pick them up. You don’t need to cook them for too long.

Grilled Oysters
Ingredients: 8 oysters, 50g minced onions, 10g minced garlic, 20g butter, 100g shredded cheese, A little pepper, a little salt.
Method:
1. After scrubbing the oysters clean, scoop them out, dry them and set aside.
2. Heat a pot, add butter, minced onion, and minced garlic and stir-fry over low heat until fragrant. Add seasonings and mix well. Then add 40 grams of shredded cheese and mix well. This is the filling. .

Charcoal grilled oysters
Ingredients: 10 oysters, 2 teaspoons minced garlic (10g), 3 chili peppers, 1 chive, salt 1 teaspoon (5g), 2 tablespoons lemon juice (30ml).
Method:
1. Wash the surface sediment of fresh oysters, use the back of a thick knife to carefully open the front end of the oyster shell, remove the half of the oyster shell without the oyster meat, and cut it into pieces. Rinse the other half of the oyster meat with oyster shells in clean water and drain.
2. Wash and chop the chili peppers and chives, then add salt, minced garlic, and lemon juice and mix evenly to make a sauce.
