Amomum villosum, tangerine peel and crucian carp soup
Strengthening spleen and eliminating dampness. Ingredients: Amomum villosum 6g, dried tangerine peel 1/4, crucian carp 300-400g, coriander 4, ginger 3. Practice: Amomum villosum; Soak pericarpium Citri Tangerinae to remove pulp; Wash coriander; Slaughter crucian carp, remove scales and intestines, and fry in oil pan until both sides are slightly yellow. Ingredients: 4 quails, 50g of coix seed and 50g of lily, and 3 slices of ginger.

Ingredients: 800 grams of old cucumber (denuded), 25 grams of dried tangerine peel, 25 grams of japonica rice, 2 duck kidneys, and appropriate amount of water.
Practice: 1, the old cucumber is pitted and cut into large pieces, the tangerine peel is slightly soaked, scraped and washed, the duck kidney is washed, sliced with water splashing, and the japonica rice is washed.
