2. Blanch the lotus root slices in a pot of boiling water, take them out, rinse them in cold boiling water, take them out and drain them, and put them on a plate.
3. Cut green onion into flowers, shred ginger, and slice garlic.
4. Add chopped green onion, shredded ginger, garlic slices, soy sauce, refined salt, and MSG to the lotus root slices, mix well, and serve on a plate.
