Cabbage puree

Method:

1. Wash the cabbage, tear it into pieces and soak it in water for 15 minutes

2. Boil the cabbage. Cook for 30 seconds

3. Boil water again, add cabbage and cook for three minutes

4. Add a little water and mash with a cooking stick or chop with a knife

Storage of cabbage puree:

1. Prepare and freeze in the food supplement compartment
