Hard, brittle or slightly soft, easily broken, with horny or granular cross section. Slight breath, sweet taste, sticky chewing. Indications: nourishing yin and moistening dryness, promoting fluid production and quenching thirst. Used for lung and stomach yin injury, hyperglycemia, cough due to dryness and heat, dry throat and thirst, and internal heat to quench thirst. Lianzhou Yuzhu is a specialty of Xing Zi Town, Lianzhou City, Qingyuan City.
Lianzhou's "Lian Yuzhu", together with the historical "Guan Yuzhu", "Hai Yuzhu" and "Xiang Yuzhu", is called the four major varieties of jade beads in China. In recent years, under the impact of "Xiangyu Bamboo" in neighboring Hunan Province, firstly, the variety gradually alienated and was replaced by Xiangyu Bamboo provenance; Second, the output is gradually shrinking. The slices cut out are thicker than the local sulfur-free slices in Shaodong, and fresh slices of about 3mm can be directly cut, and the slices are smooth and complete.
According to the market outlook analysis, 20 16 inventory and 20 17 output are sufficient, and there is still resistance to price increase. However, as the output of 20 18 and 20 19 is greatly reduced, the relationship between supply and demand is reversed, which will support the slow rise of Polygonatum odoratum market.
