Ingredients: appropriate amounts of black glutinous rice, red peanuts, walnuts, black sesame seeds, red dates, wolfberry, and longan.
Ingredients: 1 piece of brown sugar
Method: 1. Wash the black glutinous rice and peanuts separately and soak them in water for 1 hour.
2. Put enough water in the casserole, add black glutinous rice, peanuts, walnuts, red dates, and longan. After boiling, turn to low heat and continue cooking for 15-20 minutes.
3. When all ingredients become soft and mushy, add brown sugar, stir until melted, then turn off the heat, and finally sprinkle with wolfberry for decoration.
