Scallops are usually braised or steamed in our house, but today we do something special and make a dipping sauce with tomato juice for dipping!
Materials
Main ingredient: 1 scallop;
Accessories: oil, salt, tomato juice, wine, garlic, ginger, sugar, soy sauce

Clean the scallop and slice it into small pieces, and then marinate it in salt and wine for a while, and then drain it. >2
Heat a frying pan to 70% or 80%, then fry the scallops

Fry the scallops until golden brown on both sides, then remove from the pan

Leave a little bit of oil in the pan, then fry the minced garlic and ginger, then add soy sauce, tomato juice, salt, sugar, chicken seasoning, and then drizzle a little sesame oil on top of that.

Pour the dipping sauce into small bowls and then add a little bit of soy sauce to the pan, and then pour it on the pan.

You can eat the scallops directly or dip them in the sauce
Tips
It's better to marinate the clean scallops first, so that it will be easy to taste, and won't be easy to crumble when frying!
