Fuling squash is a regional brand, all squash produced in Fuling is Fuling squash. And Wujiang squash is a representative brand inside Fuling squash, belonging to a kind of Fuling squash.
Fuling squash is a specialty of Fuling, Chongqing, and is known as one of the world's three most famous pickles, along with French pickled cucumbers and German sweet and sour olives. Fuling pickles are made from Fuling's unique green beetroot through a unique processing technology. Its traditional production techniques are listed in the second batch of national intangible cultural heritage.
Fuling pickled vegetables historical origin
Pickled vegetables originated in Fuling.
