How long does the sea crab steam?
Every autumn is the time for sea crabs to steam fat, and they are often sold out as soon as they are listed. They are nutritious and delicious. Whether steamed or boiled, they taste very good, but for some novice chefs, they may not know how long it will be better.
The time for sea crabs to steam is not too long. After boiling, steam 10- 15 minutes is enough. If the time is too long, it may lead to the loss of water and nutrients in the sea crab meat, and the taste will become worse. In addition, when steaming sea crabs, it is best to put them in cold water and turn to low heat after boiling.
If the steamed sea crabs can't be eaten up, they can be sealed with plastic wrap or plastic bag after cooling, and then put into the freezer of the refrigerator. It can be preserved for at least one month without seasoning, but if seasoning is added, it should be eaten as soon as possible to avoid spoilage.
