Black Sugar Silver Fungus and Lotus Seed Soup

Recipe Directions:
1.Main Ingredients: Soak up the silver fungus.
2. Ingredients: lotus seeds, red dates, lily of the valley, wolfberry, rock sugar.
3. Soak the silver fungus, wash and remove the tip, tear into small pieces.
4. Lotus seeds and lily soaked well in advance, and remove the lotus heart.
5. Red dates washed, slightly soaked, goji berries washed.
6. Soaked lotus seeds, into a container, add water that can soak the lotus seeds, cold water into the pot to steam. (About 20 minutes after the water boils)
7. Silver fungus and lily added to the pot, filled with the right amount of water.
8. Cover with a lid and boil over high heat, turn to medium-low heat and cook for half an hour.
9. Add red dates.
