1. Remove the roots and yellow leaves from spinach and wash it for later use. (There is no need to control dryness here)
2. Pour boiled water or purified water into the basin and add ice cubes for later use.
3. Boil the water in the pot and blanch the spinach for 30 seconds.
4. Immediately after blanching, take out the spinach and put it in a basin with ice cubes.
5. Take out the cooled spinach, dry it, cut it into sections and put it in a container.
6. Mix sesame paste+peanut butter+soy sauce, add a little boiling water and stir the sesame paste in one direction. After the water added each time is completely absorbed, add it again.
7. Bake sesame sauce, season with sugar and salt, and decorate with a little Chili oil.
8. Pour the prepared sesame sauce on the spinach.
9. It is suggested that the sesame sauce used for cold dishes should be thinner, so that it is not easy to paste your mouth when eating. Sprinkle with boiled white sesame seeds
10. Chop the cooked peanuts and code them on cold dishes.
