1. A brief review of the work of the Municipal Party Committee since the Ninth Party Congress?

At the same time, we should see and give play to the comparative advantages of our city. The first is the location advantage. Zixing is located in the "one-point-one-line" key development of the province and the important regional belt of the integration of Chen, Zi and Gui. It is the frontier position for our province to connect Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao and undertake the gradient transfer of capital and industry from the Pearl River Delta to the mainland. The second is the resource advantage. Efforts should be made to run Dongjiang Open Development Zone and its Jiangbei Industrial Park, speed up the construction of infrastructure such as water circuits, which are mainly based on road frames, combine the construction of the park with urban construction, improve the grade of the park, improve the absorption and bearing capacity of the park for projects, develop the park based on its characteristics, and build a new industrial park with distinctive characteristics, industrial agglomeration and good ecology, such as food industrial zone, mineral industrial zone and leisure tourism shopping zone.

Vigorously develop the non-public economy.
