Steps of Chongqing noodles

1. Soy sauce doesn't need much expensive soy sauce, just soy sauce. (Why should we put it in the first place? Because there is nothing to master the amount of soy sauce in the bowl, you can put less first. Remember not to add soy sauce to the cooked noodles in case of salt. Monosodium glutamate and chicken essence (if you have seen those famous noodles with seasoning, you will know how important monosodium glutamate is to them, so it is recommended to put more).
2. Mixed oil (lard, vegetable oil, sesame oil), oil must be put more, which is also the key. Friends who don't like lard can use a mixture of vegetable oil, salad oil and sesame oil instead, but it won't smell so good without lard.
