Ingredients: Coprinus comatus 300g, one cucumber, 1 tbsp soy sauce, salt, minced garlic and chicken essence.
Preparation: Wash Coprinus comatus, obliquely cut into sections, blanch in water for 3 minutes, remove and drain. Wash and peel the cucumber, and then cut it into hob blocks.
Practice steps:
1. Heat the oil in a wok to 50% heat, stir-fry the minced garlic until fragrant, and then stir-fry the Coprinus comatus over high heat.
2. After the Coprinus comatus becomes soft, put it out and stir-fry evenly, then stir-fry the cucumber slices for a while, and stir-fry the salt and chicken essence evenly.
Method 2 of Fried Cucumber with Coprinus comatus
Ingredients: Coprinus comatus, cucumber, salt.
Preparation: Wash Coprinus comatus and tear it into strips. Cut the cucumber into sections and kill the water with a little salt.
Practice: After the wok is heated, pour a proper amount of cold oil, stir-fry the Coprinus comatus until it becomes soft, stir-fry the cucumber slightly with high fire, and season with salt.
