Steps
1. Beef (rib), Pericarp, Scallion, Ginger, and Incense Leaf.
2. Cut the beef into cubes.
3. Deodorize: put the beef cubes, cold water into the pot, and add a piece of tangerine peel.
4. Bring to a boil and cook for about 1 minute.
5. Fish out, rinse and set aside.
6. Add water to the pot, add the peel, green onion, ginger and sesame leaves.
7. Bring to a boil and add the reserved beef.
8. Cook over low heat for about 90 minutes, adding salt and sugar to taste when cooked to 8 minutes.
9. Cook until the beef is soft, add a little bit of monosodium glutamate to refresh (or not add).
10. Out of the pot into a bowl can be served.
