Ingredients
Yam?250g
Carrot?80g
Oil, salt moderate amount
Garlic, coriander? moderate amount
Vinegar, oyster sauce moderate amount
Methods/Steps
Peel the yam, cut it into strips, and soak it in vinegar water immediately;
Peel the carrots and cut them into strips the same size as the yam;
Boil water in a pot, blanch the yam strips, and then drain and set aside;
Heat a frying pan and fry garlic, then stir-fry the carrot strips.
Note
Yam is easy to oxidize, add vinegar to prevent oxidation.
