Steps
1. Ingredients, one skinned fish.
2. Peel the skin off the skin of the fish, a few internal organs, wash.
3. Make diagonal cuts on both sides of the fish.
4. Sprinkle with salt and cooking wine and marinate for 20 minutes.
5. Spread garlic sauce and barbecue sauce evenly and marinate for 20 minutes.
6. Put the marinated fish on the grill.
7. Brush with peanut oil.
8. Put it in the microwave.
9. Select grill setting and grill for 20 minutes.
10. Remove and brush again with peanut oil during grilling.
Tips
Don't put too much salt in the marinade, salty affects the taste and will cover the fresh flavor of the fish.
