Ingredients: pork bone (or beef bone), onion, ginger, cooking wine, salt and oil (the dosage of the above ingredients depends on individual needs)
1. Wash the pig bones, put them in a pot, cook until the foam comes out, then take them out and wash them.
2. Boil boiling water in a hot pot, and add appropriate amount of ginger, onion, water, pork bones and cooking wine (water is 2-3cm higher than pork bones).
3. Then the fire boils. After boiling, turn to low heat, then cover the pot and continue cooking for 30-40 minutes.
When the time is up, you can see that the soup is white. At this point, add an appropriate amount of salt and oil to the pot (optional).
5. Finally, filter out ingredients such as pork bones and ginger (pork bones can be eaten with some salt).
6. Then cool the filtered broth and put it in the refrigerator for refrigeration or freezing. Take it out and thaw it when you eat it.
