Method 1:
1, prepare a small ball of steel wire for washing dishes (this family usually has it), cut a small ball (cut as much as you use, and throw it away when you use it).
2. After the hairtail is thawed in a basin, wipe it with a steel ball from beginning to end, and soon the white phosphorus will fall off.
3. Then remove the hairtail, cut off its internal organs and wash it.
Method 2:
1, prepare two basins, one basin of hot water (about 80 degrees) and one basin of cold water.
2. Put the hairtail in hot water first, soak it for 45 seconds, then quickly remove it and put it in cold water. Be sure to do it quickly.
3. You will find that a large part of the fish scales have fallen off by themselves. Then gently rub it with your hands, and the remaining scales will be washed clean.
Method 3:
Hairtail has a strong fishy smell and greasy taste, so it is difficult to wash it with clear water. You can soak hairtail in alkaline water first, and then wash it with clear water, so it will be easy to wash, and there is no fishy smell.
Specific methods:
Tools: a long plate, a pair of scissors, a small piece of snakeskin belt, or a cleaning ball (wire) for washing pots.
1, knock off the thin ice on the surface.
2. In the process of washing frozen hairtail, a lot of water will be mixed with the washed fish scales, which is very dirty. If you do it on the panel, the dirty water will flow everywhere, which will make the kitchen very dirty. Put the frozen fish on a long plate, and the dirty water will not flow everywhere.
Then brush the fish with a small piece of snakeskin belt or a cleaning ball (wire) that brushes the pot. Do not use too much force, or the fish will be cut.
3. After washing the fish, cut off the fins with scissors. Never cut the fins after washing the fish, or the cut fins will be sharp and hurt yourself. There is also the need to be careful with hairtail teeth during washing, which are also very sharp.
4. Finally, deal with the belly, head and tail of hairtail.
5. Hairtail's abdomen has a small eye, which is easy to find. It is black. Scissors cut off the abdomen and the fish head in one breath from there, and then clean the internal organs and the black film inside the abdomen. There is also a thick blood vessel close to the fishbone in the abdomen. Just stroke it directly from the head to the tail with your fingers. It runs through the fish body, and only remove that part of the abdomen.
6. Finally, the finishing touches: put the washed fish in a clean basin, add warm water, let it soak for a while ... then rinse the washed hairtail, and it will be OK if it feels clean.
