2 pieces of hand cakes, 3 ham sausages, a small amount of black sesame seeds, a small amount of egg yolk liquid .
Preparation steps:
1. Prepare all the ingredients first. The ingredients used include sausages, eggs, black sesame seeds, and hand cakes. Take out the finger cakes and defrost them in advance, but don't let the finger cakes become too sticky. You still need to retain some hardness.
2. Cut the pie crust into four parts with a knife, as shown in the picture below.
3. Peel the ham sausage and cut it into pieces about the same width as the pie crust.
4. Put the ham sausage together like I did, and put the ham sausage on the wide side. Then slowly roll up the ham.
5. Use the above method to roll up all the ham sausages and put them into the baking pan. Because the hand cakes themselves contain a lot of oil, we don’t need to prepare additional cooking oil. We can directly apply a layer of egg yolk liquid on the prepared hand cakes.

Tips:
1. Cut the pie crust while it is hard, and divide one piece into 4 portions.
2. When brushing with egg yolk liquid, a thin layer is enough. If it is brushed too thickly, it will not look good when baked.
3. Don’t brush the egg liquid too thickly, just apply a thin layer.
4. The hand cake will be very sticky after it is completely thawed, so make it as soon as possible before it is completely thawed.
