2. jiaozi is big and small.

Cause of failure: The relative position between the nose and the outlet is incorrect.

Solution: Adjust the left and right nuts of the roller die and counter wheel to align with the outlet.

3. Jiaozi is deformed.

Cause of failure: There is a gap between the lower scraper and the counter wheel.

Solution: Tighten the screws on the scraper.

4. jiaozi, pick it up

Cause of failure: the dry noodle barrel is not leaking, the surface is wet, and the pressure plate screw is loose.

Solution: use dry flour, not wet flour; There must be no surface slag on the dry surface; Tighten the screws on the pressure plate.

5. Jiaozi is broken and connected.

Cause of failure: the adjusting screw on one side of I-beam is too tight.

Solution: first loosen the tight edge of the adjusting screw, and then adjust both sides evenly.

6, pile surface phenomenon

Cause of failure: the temperature is too low, and the belt becomes hard, resulting in idling (slipping); Flour enters the gap between the dough conveyor belt and the conveyor roller, resulting in rotation loss (slippage); The dough conveyor belt is adjusted too tightly, resulting in rotation loss (slipping); The bearing of the conveying roller is damaged, resulting in non-rotation or slipping.

Solution: ensure the appropriate temperature in the workshop; Cleaning the flour in the gap between the dough conveyor belt, the dough conveyor belt and the conveying roller; Loosen the dough conveyor belt properly (until the dough conveyor belt does not lose its rotation and rotates smoothly and tightly); Replace the bearing.

7. Stop surface

Cause of failure: improper position of the stuffing tube, or the angle of the right-angle bracket of the stuffing tube is less than 90; The inlet speed does not match the nose speed; If the workshop temperature is too low or the stuffing temperature is too low, the air will liquefy and adhere to the surface of the cold stainless steel stuffing tube, causing the dough to stick to the tube; The remaining surface is too wide, and the surface tube is pulled outward, which causes the surface tube to cling to the stuffing tube, resulting in surface blockage; Edge cutting is not in place.

Solution: Adjust the position of the filling tube to the center of the hemming die hole (ensure that the top and bottom ends of the filling tube are located in the center of the hemming die hole), and trim the right angle frame; The qualified jiaozi can be produced by properly adjusting the feeding speed or the head speed. Make the workshop or stuffing reach the appropriate temperature (not too low); Properly adjust the surface feed to make the remaining surface as narrow as possible, and reduce the secondary surface pressing amount without blocking the surface; Re-grinding to achieve a smooth, flat and appropriate whistle;

8. There are ripples on the dough.

Cause of failure: the scraper of the upper roller is too long.

Solution: Shorten the scraper properly and polish the scraper blade.

9. jiaozi's weight is unstable.

Cause of failure: the installation position of the stuffing tube is not in the center of the hole of the wrapping die (provided that the die is not misplaced); The height of the stuffing tube is not suitable.

Solution: Adjust the filling tube to the center of the die hole; 2. Adjust the height of the filling tube (5-8mm from the bottom of the front tooth cover).

10, the crossover is wide and narrow.

Cause of failure: the mold is dislocated, the gap between the mold gear and the mold shaft is too large, and the mold cavity is loose and dislocated.

Solution: Pad the copper skin in the keyway at the end of the die shaft, and align the gear with the die cavity when installing the gear. If it is still loose, replace the mold shaft and gear.

Reasons for failure: burr on the cutting edge of the pattern; The shifting block is too short to push out the jiaozi; The non-stick layer of the mold falls off; The surface is too soft and the pavement is too little; The mold scraper is not adjusted properly or is too narrow, which leads to the surface of the pattern triangle being unclean and sticking to the jiaozi; When the mold temperature is too low (easy to appear in winter), the moisture on the dough surface will condense when it is cold, and the mold cannot be demoulded.

Solution: deal with burrs; Replace the moving block; Re-spraying the non-stick layer; Appropriately adjust the water content of the surface layer and increase the paving quantity; Adjust the scraper (pay attention to single-sided cutting) to ensure that it is suitable for cleaning the triangle; Adjust the workshop temperature properly.

12, jiaozi has burrs.

Cause of failure: the rolling distance of the mold is large (or the mold is used for a long time).

Solution: Adjust the tightness of the rolling distance of the die (adjustment steps: adjust the tightness screws of the die on the wall plates on both sides of the die head, cut out paper strips with the same width as the die with ordinary paper, start the die head, press the paper strips into the die, and observe the imprint marks on the paper strips, subject to the fact that the paper strips are not easy to break and the imprint marks are clear. Then lock the adjusting nut.

13, Jiaozilian Road

Cause of failure: the gap between the end face of the light mold and the retaining ring of the flower mold of the dumpling machine is too large; The optical mode has deviation, which is inconsistent with the gap on both sides of the pattern retaining ring; The rolling distance of the die is loose and tight.

Solution: Whether the pattern retaining ring screw is loose, whether the inner end face of the retaining ring is flat, and whether the retaining ring is deformed; Adjust the optical mode so that the end face of the optical mode is consistent with the gap on both sides of the pattern retaining ring; Adjust the position and tightness of the mold (refer to the steps of adjusting the rolling distance of the mold).

14. jiaozi edge opening (broken belly)

Cause of failure: the edging knife is worn and deformed (after long-term use, the gap is too large, or it is deformed by a hard object and cannot play its due role in edging. ); When installing the edging knife, the two knives are not on the same surface; The front tooth sleeve does not guide the edge (seam) of the face tube to the center of both ends of the mold, and the internal inclination angle is not in place; When kneading dough, the water content is not enough and the dough is hard.

Solution: replace the edging knife; When installing edging knives, make sure that the two knives are on the same plane; Adjust the front tooth cover to center the central seam, adjust the inclination angle to 8- 10, and try to clamp the surface seam into the central seam of the front tooth cover to avoid blocking the surface; Adjust the amount of water added during dough mixing, and the amount of water added is 46%-50%.
