Roasted pig's trotters

Method:
1. First chop the pig's trotters into large pieces and soak them in cold water for at least 20 minutes. Bleeding water.

5. Tips:
1. Don’t put too much soy sauce into the braised pig’s trotters, otherwise it will turn out dark.
2. It must be marinated until soft and waxy before it can be fished out.
