Analysis: Chronic cholecystitis refers to chronic inflammatory disease of the gallbladder, mostly chronic calculus cholecystitis, accounting for 85 to 95%, and a few are non-calculus cholecystitis, such as typhoid carriers. This disease can be delayed by repeated attacks of acute cholecystitis, or it can also start chronically. Clinical manifestations are non-specific. Common symptoms include dull pain in the right upper abdomen or pit of the heart, fullness and discomfort after eating, belching, nausea after eating greasy food, and occasionally vomiting.

② Eat more fresh fruits and vegetables, and eat low-fat and low-cholesterol foods such as: mushrooms, fungus, celery, bean sprouts, kelp, lotus root, fish, rabbit meat, chicken, fresh beans, etc.
③ It is advisable to eat more dry beans and their products.
③It is better to use vegetable oil instead of animal oil.
Chronic cholecystitis is best not to eat irritating or spicy foods such as chili peppers and raw garlic.
