Legal analysis: small tofu workshops need food production licenses. The production license shall provide the business license of legal person, routine inspection report, environmental protection and health certificate, etc. If the detailed rules for the implementation of the production license stipulate that the provincial bureau of quality and technical supervision shall be responsible for organizing the examination of production conditions of enterprises and sealing samples, the provincial bureau of quality and technical supervision shall organize the examination of production conditions and sealing samples on site within 2 months after accepting the application. The provincial license office shall complete the material summary within 3 months from the date of accepting the application of the enterprise, and report the list of qualified enterprises and related materials to the examination department.
Legal basis: Article 2 of the Food Safety Law of People's Republic of China (PRC). Anyone who engages in food production activities within the territory of People's Republic of China (PRC) shall obtain a food production license according to law.
These Measures shall apply to the application, acceptance, examination, decision, supervision and inspection of food production licenses.
