Method for making braised white radish beef
1. Material: beef 1 kg, 2 white radishes, a handful of onion, proper amount of soy sauce, 4 cloves of garlic, a little salt, 3 slices of ginger, proper amount of peanut oil, 5 slices of dried hawthorn, proper amount of cooking wine and a little sugar.

2. After cleaning the beef bought in the market, remove the tendons, cut it into small squares, put it in a bowl, and peel the white radish for later use.

3. Cut the white radish into small cubes larger than beef, and add a little salt for curing.

4. Add a small amount of water to the pot to prepare ginger slices, pour cooking wine into the pot, and after the water is boiled, add the chopped beef.
