1. Introduction Plan

2. Introduction objects

Graduates with a master’s degree or above.

3. Basic conditions

1. Have the nationality of the People’s Republic of China, support the leadership of the Communist Party of China, and love the motherland;

2. Comply with national laws and regulations and have good conduct;

3. Have the physical condition to perform duties normally and other conditions that meet the requirements of the position;

4. Be over 18 years old , under 30 years old (born between September 27, 1990 and September 27, 2003), and those with a doctoral degree can be relaxed to under 40 years old (born after September 27, 1980).

Those who have any of the following circumstances are not allowed to apply:

1. Students in ordinary institutions of higher learning or active military personnel;

2. Subject to administrative expulsion Less than 5 years or other administrative sanctions are in progress;

3. Under audit, disciplinary review due to suspected violations of laws and disciplines, or suspected of committing a crime, and the judicial process has not yet been completed; expelled from China *** Party membership; or those who have not yet expired the period of criminal punishment;

4. In the past two years, there have been disciplinary violations in the recruitment (employment) examinations, physical examinations or inspections of agencies and institutions;

5. Persons who are listed as targets of joint punishment for breach of trust according to law;

6. Persons who constitute a avoidance relationship after employment and other circumstances in which employment is prohibited according to laws and regulations.

IV. Introduction Procedure

The introduction procedure includes online registration, qualification review, interview (two-way selection), physical examination, political review (inspection), public announcement, employment and other procedures. Each recruitment position determines the two-way selection candidates based on the ratio of 1:3. If the specified ratio cannot be reached, the two-way selection (interview) candidates will be determined based on the actual number of applicants.

5. Policies and benefits

1. Nature of the position. Staff establishments for public welfare first-category public institutions with full funding.

2. Service period. The service period of introduced personnel is at least 5 years.

3. Salaries and benefits. In addition to the statutory salary, those with a doctoral degree will receive a subsidy of 166,800 yuan (evenly distributed over three years); those with a master's degree will receive a subsidy of 74,040 yuan (evenly distributed over three years). During the service period, those who are admitted to civil servants or public institutions (excluding vertical units) in Yunfu City's jurisdiction after approval do not need to return the talent allowance and housing subsidies they have received; those who are admitted to civil servants or public institutions outside Yunfu City's jurisdiction, or who leave due to personal reasons , the talent allowance and housing subsidy received should be returned.
