What material is used for egg paper tray

The material used for egg paper trays is waste paper produced in daily life.

The production process is as follows:

First of all, the main raw material used for manufacturing pulp molded egg tray (box) - waste paper is put into the hydraulic pulper and is broken down into pulp fibers under the action of shear force and friction of the water flow; the pulp fibers go into the pulp storage tank. In order to make the product look more beautiful and clean, the pulp in the storage tank needs to be screened, i.e., to remove the impurities (film pieces, twine, coarse residue, etc.) within the fiber pulp. At the same time, the pulp has to be further ground. To make the egg trays (cartons) waterproof, etc., it is also necessary to add waterproofing and other additives to the grinding process. Thereafter, the slurry is diluted to a certain consistency and finally pumped to the slurry box of the molding machine. The mold above the pulp box sinks completely immersed in the pulp, in the mold back of the vacuum suction, the pulp is adsorbed to the mold surface aggregation; because of the mold's unique surface water filtration and hollow structure, aggregated pulp fibers in the pulp attached to the surface of the mold, while the water is pumped away. Attached to the mold surface of the fiber layer is about 2.5mm thick, which is the egg tray (box) products of the wet blank. It contains about 75% water and is sent to a drying line (temperature 80-120°C) to remove the water and dry. After drying the egg tray (box) finished product only to be (shaping) packing into the warehouse.
